In most cases, yes we do - in fact it can be beneficial to the cleaning process.

Yes. Our invoice will detail the work undertaken and when. If your instruction to us matches the warranty requirements you will have independent written proof of compliance.

We can visit your property and provide free recommendations and prices.
Our finished work often makes the property look as though it has been freshly
painted and leaves a gleaming result. Dirt, spider webs, mould and streaky
windows really do detract from a property.

have two specialist vehicles set up for this work.
I am about to paint my property and HATE all the preparation work! Can you help speed up this process?
This is a common call we get from property owners. Our methods will mean you
will only need to manually prepare problem areas such as rot, rust and
blemishes. Our cleaning will ensure a great clean surface to work with. Problem
areas will be highlighted, flaky paint will have been removed and rust areas
cleaned up. You will now be able to identify the specific areas that will
require attention.
In addition - your final paintwork will last longer meaning you won't have to do
this job again for years!!
There is a garden growing out of my roof gutters. Can you clean them?
We clean out gutters and can include removal of the mould from the underside.
I am uncomfortable having trades people in my home. What assurances can you provide with regards to your staff?
Our staff have been subject to security checks through NZ Police and the Justice Department. If our staff are not acceptable to be on Police or other sensitive Government sites, then they are not acceptable to work for us. Additionally the staff that attend to residential work have been doing this for many years and we have glowing customer references.
I have some high levels in my property that I cannot reach but require cleaning? Do you do high level cleaning?
:For OSH reasons, many cleaning companies cannot undertake high level cleaning. As Window Cleaning Contractors have staff qualified and experienced in working at heights, we are able to undertake many tricky access jobs. We are also very experienced in operating high level access equipment, including ropes, scissor lifts, gantries, cherry pickers and ladders so there would be few jobs we could not attend to.
